March 23, 2022 – After thoroughly assessing the state of the game and carefully considering all options, CipSoft has made the difficult decision to stop the further development of LiteBringer, the active support for the game and all CipSoft-related services. As the game lives on the Litecoin blockchain, LiteBringer will still be playable. As of now, it can be experienced without trading fees and the need for a subscription. Developing the first game that fully operates on the Litecoin blockchain was a bold undertaking. We are proud of what we have achieved and want to thank the game's dedicated community.

March 17, 2022 – CipSoft has been nominated in the category "Studio of the Year" of Deutscher Computerspielpreis (German Computer Games Award), which is awarded annually by the German government and the German Games Industry Association. The jury consists not only of members from the games industry, but also from business, science, culture, media and politics. Besides CipSoft, also the two Berlin studios Wooga and Paintbucket Games are nominated. The award ceremony will take place on March 31 in the Bavarian capital Munich.

January 7, 2022 – Today, CipSoft celebrates the 25th anniversary of Tibia. This makes the MMORPG one of the world's oldest online games to be still supported with regular updates. And not only that: Tibia has never been more successful than it is today. Over the last few years, the game has repeatedly produced record-breaking revenues, generating a total of more than 200 million Euros to date.

December 8, 2021 – LiteBringer's latest update added a new area: Ankharash, an arid desert land. New bosses, rewards and dark secrets are waiting to be explored. The blockchain game now also features seasonal events, which will be repeated yearly. It starts with Winter Solstice on December 17. The event will not only bring some delicious festive treats but also allows you celebrate the spirit of gifting by sending presents to other players. November 29, 2021 – This year's winter update comes with a big new gameplay feature and a number of quality-of-life improvements. The Exaltation Forge is a way to gain access to three new powerful effects and offers players a way to upgrade weapons, armour, and helmets. The XP Analyser and Hunt Analyser now show additional info that can be toggled on and off via a new option in the analysers' settings. There are also new options to highlight targets.
