CipSoft donates another 100.000 Euros for the fight against COVID-19

December 21, 2020 – Following the donation campaigns at the beginning of the pandemic, CipSoft once more supports international aid organisations fighting the coronavirus. 50.000 Euros will be donated to UNICEF who are helping children around the world that are affected by conflict, natural disasters and now, COVID-19. Another 50.000 Euros will be donated to Aktion Deutschland Hilft, an alliance of 23 German aid organisations. "That's our contribution to helping economically weaker countries overcome the impact of the pandemic," says managing director Benjamin Zuckerer.

LiteBringer Nominated for the German Developer Award

December 04, 2020 – CipSoft's new game was nominated by a jury of experts for the innovation award of the "Deutscher Entwicklerpreis" ('German Developer Award'). LiteBringer is the first true Litecoin game and operates fully on the blockchain. On January 20, the winners will be announced during a live stream on deutscherentwicklerpreis.de and twitch.tv. The German Developer Award is the oldest award to honour the development of outstanding computer games made in German-speaking countries. Last year CipSoft was able to win the category "Dauerbrenner" ('Long Runner') with Tibia.

November 30, 2020 – Tibia's annual winter update has just been released, and players are challenged to halt the pirat hordes who are raiding the Tibian shores. Not only are there exotic places and hidden treasures to discover, there are also new features to explore. Among them is the damage input analyser, a new tool which will be integrated into the analytics selector of the game. It provides players with a detailed overview of the damage they receive. Panzer League will be discontinued at the end of October

October 06, 2020 – Two years after its global release and more than 600,000 downloads, CipSoft ceases the operation of Panzer League. The game is no longer available on the Google Play Store and Apple's App Store. The servers will keep running until Friday, October 30, 2020, when they will be shut down for good at 2:00 pm CET. It was always clear that it would not be easy to establish a synchronous multiplayer game with complex PvP mechanics on the mobile market. We are proud of what we have accomplished and would like to thank all players for their interest and continued support.

LiteBringer enters the top ten crypto games

September 24, 2020 – CipSoft's new game has grown rapidly since it began marketing a week ago. LiteBringer now has about 1,000 active players a day and, according to DappRadar, is one of the ten most successful decentralized applications in the games category. To date, players have created 7,500 characters and looted over a million swords, chain mail and rare resources. According to the Litecoin Foundation, the number of Litecoin transactions has more than tripled in seven days, thanks to LiteBringer. Over 75 percent of all transactions in the blockchain are currently caused by LiteBringer.
