CipSoft is an independent developer and operator of online games. The company is based in Regensburg. It was created following the success of Tibia, a game which has been online since 1997 and is one of the first MMORPGs ever created. CipSoft has relocated

January 31, 2013 – In early January CipSoft changed its company domicile and moved into the third floor of the Parkside Offices, situated on the western fringe of the Old Town of Regensburg. Managing Director Stephan Vogler declared: "This was a necessary step in order for us to continue to grow sustainably.
